| Artisys staff converted a system that measures the performance of customer service. The prior system was developed with technology that became obsolete shortly after the conversion. Using our expertise with the legacy technology (Metaphor) and the client technology (MSACCESS), Artisys developed a system in ORACLE that out-performed the old system by more than 600% while retaining the same data-base structure. On another project, Artisys developed a client/server system to track projects pertaining to art and package design of consumer products. This system entailed learning and replacing a manual process.
In conjunction with the Client's staff, Artisys staff members analyzed, designed, and developed a client/server system that provided management and sales personnel with historical information of returns and shipments of specific products. This system aided sales persons in efficiently planning product sales and distribution.
