Artisys’ success as a provider of information technology services is dependent on the ability of our staff to design, develop and implement products and services that are of the highest quality. When we staff a project we provide the appropriate personnel with the required skill set to accomplish the contract tasks. Artisys uses our existing staff for new projects, as appropriate and available, and we will recruit new staff as needed. | Recruiting Process |

| Artisys’ recruiting process is designed to ensure that we engage only those individuals who share our commitment to quality and have demonstrated their abilities in this manner. The selection of candidates and the recruiting process is a serious responsibility. Our management team eliminates over 70% of the resumes received for employment. Artisys applies a three-part procedure to the remaining candidates to ensure that the most qualified are selected for employment. |
| Selection Interview |
| Artisys validates the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills using the submitted resume as the foundation for discussion. The selection interview serves as a means of obtaining preliminary information on the candidate's history. The interviewer assesses the candidates prior employment experience, verifies dates of employment, academic qualifications, and identifies both professional and personnel references. |
| Technical Interview |
| In this process, one of our management team members asks in-depth questions designed to establish a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the candidates technical skill and experiences. |
| Reference Check |
If the candidate has successfully completed the Technical Interview, both professional and personal references are checked to validate the candidates past performance. Based upon specific client requirements, Artisys also completes background and criminal history checks and/or drug screenings.
